 Geographical location Binh Phuoc is a province in the Southeast region, bordering Dak Nong, Lam Dong and Dong Nai provinces to the East; Tay Ninh province and Cambodia to the West with a border length of 240 km; Krachê and Mundukini provinces (Cambodia) to the North, and Binh Duong province to the South.

Many archaeological sites have been discovered and studied dating back 2,000 years such as: lithophones, ancient earthen citadels, stone tools, and pottery belonging to the Oc Eo civilization.The province has many central historical relics associated with the national liberation struggle such as: Phu Rieng Do with the uprising movement and struggle of Phu Rieng rubber workers in the resistance war against the French in 1929-1930; the first Communist Party cell of the Vietnam rubber industry and the Southeast provinces was established on October 28, 1929;
Ba Ra prison is located in the middle of the wild forest and poisonous water where the French colonialists imprisoned patriotic revolutionary soldiers; Loc Ninh diplomatic house is the capital of the provisional revolutionary government of the Republic of South Vietnam - the place to welcome the 4-party Military Alliance Delegation, the International Delegation to control and supervise the implementation of the Paris Agreement (1973); the Military Commission Base and the Command of the Armed Forces of the Liberation of South Vietnam (Ta Thiet Base); Soc Bom Bo with the image of the Stieng people pounding rice day and night to feed the army to fight the enemy in the years 1965-1968 to fight against the US to save the country.
