At this year-end special session of 2025, the Binh Phuoc Ward People’s Council reviewed, discussed, and decided on several important matters, including: promulgating the working regulations of the Ward People’s Council (Term I); assigning the 2025 staffing plan; and adjusting the 2025 budget revenue and expenditure estimates of Binh Phuoc Ward. Accordingly, the staffing allocation includes 113 positions for civil servants working in the offices of the People’s Council and People’s Committee; 1,127 positions for public employees receiving salaries from the state budget in public service units; 148 contracted professional positions in educational institutions; and 30 part-time positions for non-specialized personnel. The adjusted total local budget revenue for 2025 of Binh Phuoc Ward is 852.715 billion VND, and the total adjusted local expenditure is 844.491 billion VND.
At the session, 100% of the attending delegates of the Binh Phuoc Ward People’s Council voted unanimously to pass all resolutions of the People’s Council (Term I, 2021–2026).
In her closing speech, Ms. Hanh emphasized that the three resolutions adopted at this session are all of great importance. The adjustment of the ward’s local budget revenue and expenditure is consistent with current development trends, ensuring fiscal balance and the effective operation of the political system. The approval of staffing targets will help optimize the use of state payrolls, personnel in public service units, and part-time workers of the ward. The resolution on the working regulations of the Ward People’s Council specifies in detail the functions, duties, and powers of the Council, serving as a foundation for the Council’s effective and efficient operation. After the session, relevant agencies are required to promptly disseminate, implement, and ensure the effective execution of the adopted resolutions.
